Mill 180 Code of Conduct

In order to protect the Park, assure the safety of Park users, and maximize enjoyment of the Park, we ask that you PLEASE:

  • Do not leave any garbage in the Park.  Be mindful of the people that clean after you.
  • Do not vandalize the Park.  We work tirelessly to make it beautiful for you so make sure you keep it in good shape for those visiting after you.
  • Do not touch the hydroponics reservoirs or otherwise interfere with the systems themselves.  This can potentially damage the plants.
  • Do not pick the plants unless you have our permission.
  • Do not ride hoverboards, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, or any similar equipment in the Park.
  • Do not bring pets to the Park.
  • Be mindful of your belongings.  If we find it we will save it, but we cannot guarantee that we will find it before some else does.
  • Do not be loud, play musical instruments, or play radio or any device that amplifies voice or music in the Park.  If you think you would like to play  music in the Park, feel free to talk to one of our employees about possible opportunities.
  • Do not bring any food or beverages into the park, except baby food or food for special diets, without our permission.
  • Do not eat or drink except in designated areas.
  • Do not distribute anything in the Park unless you have our permission.
  • Do not sell any product to the public in the Park unless you have our permission.
  • Be respectful. It is okay to get heated while arguing, but unless your argument is weak you will never have to physically fight, use racial slurs, threatening comments or gestures.  If you do any of the above, you will be told to leave the Park.
  • Do not bring weapons to the Park.  We respect your second amendment rights, but we do not want you to bring in guns, knives, or any equipment that can be used in any way to inflict bodily harm in our Park.
  • Do not bring hazardous materials to the park. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
  • Leave your drugs at home.  They are not permitted in the Park.
  • Do not gamble or smoke in the Park, and do not bring any alcohol into the Park.  If you look intoxicated, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to the Park.
  • Do not trespass when the Park is closed.  We are open for longer than we are closed, so please respect our hours.

Please also note that:

  • Taking photographs for personal use is permitted.  However, taking images with the intent to profit without authorization is not.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave who does not follow our Code of Conduct.
